  1. Read COSCA’s Community Engagement Activity Approval Process.
  2. Prepare Project Proposal and make sure to include the following: 
  3. CONTENT – What need or situation do you like your project/activity to address?
  4. OBJECTIVE – What do you want to achieve as a result of your project?
  5. PLAN – What actions will you undertake?
  6. For students organizations, download the Student Engagement / Outreach Form. Fill in the needed information, print and submit it to our office.
  7. Schedule an appointment with our Outreach Coordinator to discuss your proposal.
  8. Upon approval, conduct outreach/CE activity based on submitted plans, project proposal, Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
  9. Upon project completion, submit accomplished PARTNERSHIP FEEDBACK FORM to COSCA.
  10. Post photos and a summary of the event on your organization’s official FB Account. Don’t forget to tag @DLSUCOSCA.
