STUDENT SOCIAL
FORMATION PROGRAM

ADVOCACY AND ADULT FORMATION

COSCA creates social formation opportunities that will help students become empowered, socially critical and engaged individuals aside from providing sustainable support and services to its partner organizations and communities. In order to achieve this, COSCA’s Student Social Formation Program (SSFP) facilitates specific social formation activities for students, such as exposure trips, immersion programs, participation in advocacy campaigns, and provides assistance to various social engagement projects.

COSCA-LOVE is the lead student volunteer arm of the center in providing assistance to the implementation of COSCA’s major programs and the primary organizer for some institutional events, such as DLSU For The Kids (FTK) and blood drive.

DLS-RCY is a dedicated service program volunteer group of the Philippine Red Cross (Manila Chapter) for young individuals. DLS-RCY’s major projects include the conduct of Basic Life Support (first aid training), health promotion, and disaster preparedness-related activities, among others.

We challenge young people to solve the world’s toughest issues by empowering them to make money, do good and make life better for millions of people through the creation of for-good for-profit businesses.
