Overview
The Enrollment Services Hub (ESH) or THE HUB is an office under the Academic Services Group that directly reports to the Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Services. ESH is headed by the Director and it is supported by the Lead Staff the Help Desk In-charge and Hub Assistants. The Hub is located at the 2nd floor of the Henry Sy Sr. Hall. It has satellite offices at the Makati Extension Campus the BGC Rufino Campus and the Science and Technology Complex.
Purpose
The Hub caters to the front-line transactions of the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), the Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS), the Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Services (OAVCAS) and the Student Development Formation Office (SDFO). It receives and releases documents or forms that are used in processing requests for records and other transactions related to the admission, scholarship, enrollment and graduation of students, including the certificate of good moral character.

Inspired by the mission and vision of the Academic Services group, the Enrollment Service Hub seeks to persistently find better ways to improve the customer service experience of our clients through technology, innovation and proficient personnel.
