Dr. Jose Edgar Mutuc is an Associate Professor in the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department at De La Salle University. He holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, a Master of Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok, Thailand, and a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, UK. With extensive industry experience, Dr. Mutuc is currently the Vice-President and Business Management System Master Trainer for the Association of Training Institutions for Foreign Trade in Asia and the Pacific (ATIFTAP). He is an active consultant, trainer, and coach for various companies and is a co-founder and organizer of the Center for Lean Systems and Management. Dr. Mutuc has several publications in journals and at international conferences.
