Abstract:
-Bluetooth has made its mark on the history books by providing different uses for small range communication. In this study, Bluetooth will be utilized in an inventory system. Given with a small range, multi hopping will be used in this study. Extending the range of Bluetooth will make it more flexible in any application. With the different technologies available today, automation for different business processes particularly inventory methods are easily created and managed. Infusing this system with wireless Bluetooth capabilities enhances the system by eliminating cables or wires thus providing a more convenient way of working in the process. For the overview of system, barcode scanner will transmit the initial data and detect the next available router. The next available router will receive the data and try to transmit to the computer if not will transmit to next available router until it reaches the computer. This system uses Master and Slave piconet.
