DLSU Relief Fund

The DLSU Relief Fund is primarily being utilized by COSCA for its emergency relief response and rehabilitation efforts during and after disaster episodes. However due to numerous requests, the office has expanded its coverage to include the following: medical related assistance such as request for medicines, medical procedures/services and medical missions and welfare related assistance such as burial support and others.

 

Support this Project:

1) For in-campus cash or check donation

Deposit it through the DLSU Cashier. Inform them to credit your donations to the DLSU Relief Fund (Acct # 600-135). Please send one copy of the official receipt to COSCA for proper acknowledgement. You can also scan the OR and email it to [email protected].

2) For off-campus donation (peso)

You may go to any UCPB Branch and deposit to:

4) For web-based donation

a) Global Giving

● Click on www.globalgiving.com

● On the donor search, type in Philippines Disaster Relief (project # 3916)

● Make sure you click on the Philippine Disaster Relief Project being implemented by De La Salle University. You     may use this facility for your credit and debit cards donations.

b) DLSU UShare

● Please click on ushare.unionbankph.com/dlsu/

● From the list of campaigns, please choose the Calamity Relief Activities conducted by COSCA

● Just follow the instructions provided

5) For DLSU STC in-campus cash donation

Send your cash/check donations to the DLSU STC Accounting Office. Inform the Cashier to deposit these to theALAY KAPWA FUND (Acct# 600-225).

They will place a note on your Official Receipt that your donation is for the “Relief Fund Donation.” You are to be given a white and green official receipt as proof of your donation. Please provide the green copy to Ms. Vivian Corilla, LMO Secretary, to acknowledge your donation. For those donating in check, please make it payable to DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY.
