Abstract:
-The thesis aims to harvest energy by means of piezoelectric transducers and provide simple lighting on remote areas. The energy carriers in the form of wind and wave energies are harvested by a prototype. The prototype would then do power regulation techniques which covers harvesting and storing. The prototype would use supercapacitors in the power regulation and ultimately transfer the energy to a rechargeable battery.
