Prior to this role, he held the position of Vice President and General Manager at RFM Corporation, where he managed a diverse product portfolio encompassing fats, oils, and specialty flours. Engr. Seña’s professional journey commenced at Procter & Gamble, where he held pivotal roles in production and packaging operations.
He holds an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and completed executive programs at the Asian Institute of Management and the University of Michigan. With a strong background in P&L management, operational excellence, and new business development, his expertise encompasses factory operations, P&L responsibility, and strategic management, making him a valuable leader in the industry.

He has conducted seminars and training sessions for clients, including painters, architects, and contractors. Additionally, Engr. Negrete oversees the repainting operations of existing buildings in Metro Manila and manages the day-to-day operations of his department.

Rominick Lee, a seasoned Chemical Engineer with over 12 years of experience in process engineering across the Oil, Gas, and Chemical industries, has extensive involvement in both greenfield and brownfield projects. His expertise spans from the front-end engineering design (FEED) phase to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) stages.
Engr. Lee’s expertise encompasses process engineering calculations, hydraulic simulations utilizing AFT software, and process simulations employing tools such as Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Plus. He possesses the proficiency to construct engineering flow diagrams, execute relief and depressurization calculations in accordance with API standards, and draft comprehensive HAZOP reports.
