Transcript of Records (ToR)
Scanned copies of the following documents may be uploaded in lieu of the “Original Copy of Transcript of Records with Date of Graduation”:
- Incomplete transcript AND
- Certificate of Candidacy to Graduate OR Certificate of Expected Date of Graduation.
Applicants who obtained their academic degrees abroad prior to application will be allowed to submit an apostilled/authenticated copy of their academic transcript during the middle of their first academic term of their residency in graduate school. In the absence of an apostilled/authenticated copy of the ToR, a scanned copy of the transcript will momentarily suffice
Submission of ToR with date of graduation and degree earned will be made a non-negotiable requirement during confirmation unless the applicant belongs to a special group (e.g., BSMS, CETREL, etc.).
Photocopy of Diploma
Photocopies of one’s diploma will only be collected if the applicant earned his/her previous academic degree from another country.
Transfer Credentials
The Transfer Credentials (aka: Honorable Dismissal) is the only admission requirement that may be submitted/uploaded at a later date.

For Tañada-Diokno School of Law (TDSOL) applicants:
Except for one’s Transfer Credentials and Grade Weighted Average (GWA), scanned copies of all other requirements must be uploaded by the applicant to this link: https://forms.gle/nNP1nNJgu613mrQw9
Applicants who fail to upload a scanned copy of their GWA before the issuance of test permit will be allowed to do so until April 12, 2025. If by April 12, one’s overall college GWA is still not available since one has not yet received his/her diploma or has graduated as of the time of application, the latest available CGPA or GWA will do as this is for evaluation purposes only.
The overall college GWA will be made a hard requirement during confirmation should one qualifies for admission and enrolls in the University.

All applicants who will be scheduled for the DLSU Graduate Admission Test (DGAT) and/or Juris Doctor Aptitude Test (JDAT) will take the proctored exam in an assigned testing venue at De La Salle University.
Due to system limitations, online testing will not be an option.
The TEST VENUE/SCHEDULE will be emailed to registered applicants days before the scheduled test (NOTE: The University will send messages relevant to application via email. Phone calls may also be used but as a last resort. The email address the applicant indicated either on his/her Online Application Form or Google Form will be used.)

Applicants to the following programs are EXEMPTED from taking the DGAT:
- MFA in Creative Writing
- PhD programs EXCEPTapplicants to ladderized/straight PhD programs and those applying to the DBA, PhD in Business, PhD in Computer Studies, and Doctor in Information Technology programs
NMAT by GMAC. For incoming applications, the NMAT by GMAC will no longer be made an admissions requirement.
ONLY applicants to the following graduate programs who have previously taken the NMAT by GMAC will be exempted from taking the DGAT: DBA, MBA, and Diploma in Management. A scanned copy of the test result will be required for uploading in a designated Google form.
Applicants to the DBA, MBA, and Diploma in Management programs who have previously taken the NMAT by GMAC will still be scheduled to take the Essay Components of the DGAT.
English Proficiency Test Results. Submission of English Proficiency Test Results (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, or Oxford ELLT) will be required for international applicants EXCEPT for those who obtained their bachelor’s degrees at De La Salle University in Manila.
For applicants to the Master in Information Security (MInfoSec) only: as an alternative to the TOEFL or IELTS score, we will accept a certification that the medium of instruction in the university where you obtained your bachelor’s is ENGLISH.
Academic departments are given two weeks to evaluate credentials and contact applicants for interview appointments, which their Office Assistants will do by phone and/or email.
Please take note that not all applicants will be asked to appear for an interview. Kindly direct all interview – related queries to the academic department.

Barring any delays due to class suspensions, admission results (i.e., pass or fail), regardless of test date, will be posted online as specified in the link below:

The Office of Admissions and Scholarships will email the link where the applicants can download their admission results days before the scheduled release date. The email address that will be used will be obtained from each applicant’s Online Application Form.
Results of application for scholarship and financial assistance will be simultaneously indicated on the letter of acceptance that will be emailed to successful applicants.
In the event that they decide to enroll in the DLSU School of Law, successful applicants will be asked to: (1) pay a non-refundable P14,000.00 confirmation fee (2) attend the Seminar on Study Techniques (SST) for New Students.
The SST schedule will be emailed to all successful applicants in July.
APPLICANTS who PASS and eventually ENROLL will be asked to turn over original copies of the requirements in a long brown envelope during confirmation of enrollment. The link where one may see the Confirmation Dates and Guidelines will be emailed shortly before the release of results. The brown envelope should be properly labelled with the applicant’s complete name (SURNAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL) in big upper case letters on the upper left corner on the backside of the envelope. The Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS) reserves the right to decline applications that have not met the criteria set by the Office.
