Dr. Alexis M. Fillone is a full professor at De La Salle University Civil Engineering Department. Earned his PhD in Urban and Regional Planning at the School of Urban and Regional Planning, University of the Philippines. He has a Master of Engineering (Transportation) from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand. His main works include the “Transport Infrastructure Development Assessment Using a Multi-Regional Inoperability Input-Output Model” and “Easing Port Congestion and Other Transport and Logistics Issues”. He is currently a member of Transportation Science Society of the Philippines.
