Civil Engineering Society (CES)
Founded in 1986, the Civil Engineering Society (CES) is an accredited professional organization for Civil Engineering students at De La Salle University. The primary objective of the organization is to provide services designed to aid the holistic development of the students as future civil engineers. The Society offers academic and recreational activities to cultivate relationships between the members and develop the students’ potential in becoming effective and service-driven leaders.
Vision
The Society is a community of well-rounded Civil Engineering Students who are highly skilled and intellectually competent in their respective fields in and outside the country, socially aware and responsible to the needs of others
Being one of the well-recognized organizations in the university, the Society is geared towards the development and advancement of the Philippine community.
Mission
The Civil Engineering Society, also known as CES, is an accredited professional organization in De La Salle University, Manila. The Society was established for the Civil Engineering students to strengthen Civil Engineering skills in them, to focus on the formation of their spirit of camaraderie, and to serve as a training ground to enhance their personal growth through social, career, and academic-oriented activities.
The Society develops its members to become holistic and world-class Civil Engineers driven by social responsibility and guided by the Lasallian faith.
The Society emphasizes the importance of its members in the further development of the organization.
Major Activities

CE FOCUS
CE FOCUS is the annual flagship academic event of the Civil Engineering Society of De La Salle University-Manila. Each year, CE FOCUS invites experts from different industries to discuss relevant issues and topics related to the field of Civil Engineering. The symposium will be an avenue where experts and students could learn from each other towards addressing issues related to Civil Engineering.
CE Week
CE Week is an annual week-long event of the Civil Engineering Society of De La Salle University-Manila. It is an event that celebrates the anniversary of the organization by having a week packed with fun-filled recreational activities for students to relax, enjoy, meet new people, and appreciate their chosen degree.


Junior Officer Training
The Junior Officer Training is the premier training program for junior officers of the Civil Engineering Society. This training program is intended to develop youths in becoming service-driven future leaders and citizens through team buildings and on-the-job training.
