IP Advice
DIPO offers Intellectual Property advises and consultation to faculty, students, support staff, and other members of the Lasallian community about basic concepts and issues on intellectual property as well as protection on IP of anyone who have developed an innovation, formulated a product, or written a creative work.
IP Education
The DIPO conducts series of seminar-workshops and training on the basic intellectual property rights, concepts and hands-on training on patent searching.

IP Talks 101: discusses the different Intellectual Property Rights, their characteristics and descriptions. This enhances the capacity of researchers to identify potential IPs that can be generated, protected and registered.
- WIPO Distance Learning Course (DL) Orientation- a discussion on World Intellectual Property Organization’s offered online courses and modules for students and members of the academe. This includes the orientation about WIPO, its services, how to make WIPO account and to access the modules and courses available.
Patent Drafting
Once novelty and inventive step have been established by the patent search, DIPO in coordination with DITO can assist in drafting the patent specifications of a given technology.
Assistance in IP Filing
DIPO through the help and cooperation of DITO also assist clients in filing the different kinds of IPs at the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHIL)
Innovation Development
DIPO helps and encourages students and anyone who is interested to be advocates of Intellectual Property and Innovation. DIPO conducts series of panel talks, discussions and seminars on innovation, technology and IP on various fields of specialization.
