Vision
To be an innovative business school for human development and the common good in Southeast Asia
Mission
Guided by the Lasallian values of faith, service, and communion in mission, we nurture business leaders who influence policymaking, improve business and management practices, and empower communities.
“We nurture Lasallian business leaders who make a difference.”
The Ramon V. del Rosario College of Business (RVRCOB) at De La Salle University has a distinguished history intertwined with the university’s legacy of excellence in business education. Since the college’s founding, RVRCOB has aimed to produce graduates devoted to social responsibility and nation-building.
In line with this aspiration, RVRCOB recently updated its vision and mission statements to sharpen its focus on positively impacting society. The revised vision statement highlights RVRCOB’s goal to be an innovative leader in business education not just in the Philippines but in Southeast Asia, guided by a mission centered on human development and the common good.
Specifically, the new mission statement outlines how RVRCOB will nurture values-driven business leaders equipped to influence policy, improve management practices, and empower communities. It strategically highlights the college’s Lasallian grounding of faith, service and communion as the bedrock for developing business leaders who can drive progress in the country. The accompanying motto, “We nurture Lasallian business leaders who make a difference,” encapsulates RVRCOB’s renewed commitment to forming graduates who transform business practices and make a meaningful difference in society.
Through this updated vision-mission anchored on positive societal impact and guided by Lasallian values, RVRCOB renews its aspiration to be at the frontier of management thought leadership in the Philippines and the region. Just as Ramon V. del Rosario himself left an indelible legacy as a distinguished alumnus, may the college continue to build upon its rich heritage to nurture generations of nation-building business leaders carrying the Lasallian torch.
