Science Education profs bag awards in Japan conference
Science Education faculty members from De La Salle University(DLSU) and De La Salle Araneta University (DLSAU) were recognized during the 15th International Conference on E-Education, E-Business, E-Management and E-Learning (IC4E 2024) in Fukuoka, Japan last March 18-21.
DLSU representatives Dr. Maricar Sison Prudente and Dr. Lydia Roleda and DLSAU representative Dr. Socorro Aguja were given the Outstanding Contribution Award.
Furthermore, Roleda was named the Best Reviewer during the conference.
In another development, undergraduate Science and Math Education students from BAG CED participated in the International Education Program in Bangkok, Thailand last March 16-22. The students attended the 2nd International Conference on Happiness and Well-being hosted by the Tomorrow People Organization.
The group also visited La Salle School Bangkok (Bang Na). The students toured Thai temples and museums for the cultural immersion component of the program. Funding support was provided by the Parents of University Students Organization.
