Term Start Reminders
In connection with the start of the term, we would like to remind all faculty members of the following:
- The Tentative Class List will be distributed within the first week of the term. An electronic copy of the class list may be requested at any time through your My.LaSalle account (link: Request for Class Lists).
- Students who have not passed the pre-requisite course(s) should be asked to drop the course immediately.
- Students who are not on the official class list should not be allowed to attend the class.
- The transfer of a student from one class to another is official only when reflected in the revised Student Enrollment Record (SER) issued by the Office of the University Registrar. The printing date of the SER must be checked. Internal arrangements of any kind are not allowed.
- Classes below the applicable minimum class sizes (15 for Undergraduate; 8 for Master’s; and 6 for Doctoral) must be reported to the Office of the Vice Dean. The Department Operations Manual (Appendix H) provides the Guidelines on Course Offerings and Dissolving of Classes.
- An inventory of courses for each faculty member is available in the My.LaSalle account (link: View Course Load). Wrong assignment of courses should be reported to [email protected] no later than the end of Week 3 of the term.

- The Faculty Attendance Form (Form F-01) is available on the internet may be filled electronically at https://www.dlsu.edu.ph/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/F01.pdf
- Faculty members need their My.LaSalle account to receive official email announcements, to submit grades, to confirm attendance to the Commencement Exercises, etc. Account activation is done through the Information Technology Services at Gokongwei Bldg., Rm. 305 (Ext. 316).
- 10. Faculty members intending to conduct hybrid classes are reminded of the applicable policies contained in http://intranet.dlsu.edu.ph/policies/evp_manila/vp_ar/avp_acad/registrar/hybrid_classes.asp which include the deadline for submission of course syllabus to the Office of the University Registrar within Week 1 of the term.
- 11. Except for three (3) hard copies (for unit head, for dissemination, and for posting) to be sent to the departments, announcements intended for general circulation from the Office of the University Registrar shall be done through email via the Helpdesk.
