The following documents can be requested in this Online Request for Documents facility:

• Transcript of Records (For evaluation, employment, Board exam, BAR exam purposes)
• Certification
• Certified True Copy of Diploma
• Special Handling (e.g. WES, CES, LSAC, NCEES)

The processing of the Certificate of Good Moral Character (CGMC) is handled by the Student Discipline Formation Office (SDFO). Please visit this webpage to request a CGMC.
