Computer Lab Printing Services Policies

 

  1. Any student currently enrolled in DLSU has the privilege of using the printing services in the Computer Labs.
  2. All printing jobs in the computer labs during regular classes are free of charge as long as they are class-related. There will be a limit of 20 pages per student per class.
  3. All printing jobs of freeslotters and all other non-class computer lab reservations will be charged accordingly:
  • Black laser printing is P2.00 per page
  • Colored laser printing is P14.00 per page.

Payments should be settled at the Accounting Office.

  1. The students may use their own paper when printing but the same rates will apply.
  2. The printed copies must be checked by the student. Any discrepancies shall not be entertained after the student has left the lab premises.
  3. If a student/faculty is using the printer, others who also intend to print must wait in queue for their turn.
  4. Faculty members are allowed to print during their class without incurring any charges.
