Policies on Computer Laboratory Reservation

 

  1. Computer Lab reservation must be made at least one (1) week in advance if there are any special software that needs to be installed on the computers or at least three (3) working days if there are no additional software requirements.
  2. Approved reservations are non-transferable.
  3. Only the first two (2) reservations [equivalent to a total of three (3) hours] of non-computer courses are waived per term. Succeeding reservations will be charged accordingly.
  4. In case of class suspensions, use of the computer lab during the suspension should be approved by the ITS Director.
  5. Printing services and use of the sound system (including microphones, PA systems and the like) are not included in approved reservations.
  6. Approved reservations shall only accommodate the maximum capacity of the computer lab. No equipment and furniture shall be added to accommodate the excess participants.
  7. An active MLS account is required to access the computer in the computer lab.
  8. After using the computer laboratory, the requesting party should verify that they have copied/backed-up all the relevant files they need from the computers in the lab. All files shall be purged after two (2) working days after the date of reservation.
