Overview
The Enrollment Services Hub (ESH) is an office that directly reports to the University Registrar. ESH is headed by the Director and it is supported by the Lead Staff, the Help Desk In-charge and Hub Assistants. The Hub, ESH’s transaction area, is located on the 2nd floor of the Henry Sy Sr. Hall. It has satellite offices at the BGC Rufino Campus and the Laguna Campus.
Purpose
ESH caters to the front-line transactions of the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) and the Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS). It is in-charge of receiving and releasing documents or forms used in processing requests for records and other transactions related to the admission, scholarship, enrollment and graduation of students.
