Programs and Offerings
Daily Masses
The community recognizes that the Eucharist is the source and summit of Christian life. Members of the community have the chance to attend any of the two daily masses held in the chapel/s of the University.
Confession
The Lord constantly invites us to spiritual renewal and reconciliation with him and with others. Our openness and readiness to improve ourselves allow us to serve with our whole heart unhindered by selfishness and doubt. The University Chaplain is available for the sacrament of reconciliation and for consultation from Monday to Friday during office hours.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
Moments of silence and meditation allows the members of the community to renew their relationship with the Lord. Together with the University Chaplain, a daily Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is held from 11:00am to 11:45am at the Pearl of Great Price Chapel.
Benediction
To further deepen the individuals relationship with God, the community is also encourage to attend the Benediction held every Thursday at 11:45am which comes right after the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at the Pearl of Great Price Chapel.
Bible Study and Sharing
The word of God is alive. It continues to inspire and affect the lives of many believers to continue to love and to serve. The Bible Study and Sharing is meant to allow the participants to experience Christ through the Scriptures. It is held every first and third Thursday of the month right after the 5:30pm mass. An exegesis on the gospel text of the forthcoming Sunday is given by the facilitator prior to the group faith sharing.
Grand Taizé Prayer
Recognizing the diversity of students in the university, the Lasallian Pastoral Office holds a prayer and meditation open for all the member s of the community following the example of the Ecumenical Monastic order of brothers in Taize. Date: January 17, 2012
