Job Description/Summary
The Records Officer, in close collaboration with the University Controller, oversees the Records Section and guarantees the accurate management of finance and accounting records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and service-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in record-keeping and data management systems
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
