DLSU among the top HEIs in world university rankings for sixth straight year

De La Salle University is among the world’s leading higher education institutions, according to the 2024 Times Higher Education World University Rankings. In this edition, DLSU is placed in the 1,501+ bracket.
The rankings measure research-intensive universities in their main functions covering teaching, research, knowledge transfer, and international outlook.
In a statement, Vice President for Research and Innovation Dr. Raymond Tan says, “International rankings provide a key yardstick to broadly gauge the competitiveness of universities. Our new strategic plan contains measures that will improve DLSU’s performance in each of the metrics that factor into rankings. Among these are strategies to strengthen the impact and global influence of our research.”
1,904 institutions from 108 countries met the criteria to be included in the rankings this year.
