Scholarship Application Procedure (Semester 1, AY 2025-26)

A. INCOMING STUDENTS and CURRENT STUDENTS (First-time Applicants)

Important Notes:

For Incoming Applicants

Scholarship applications will only be accepted after the applicants complete the graduate application process to their desired degree program. They will be required to provide Application / Reference Number upon submission of their complete scholarship application documents. Application for the scholarship is processed simultaneously with the application for admission.

 

To Apply:

  1. Fill out the TDSOL ST. LA SALLE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GRANT GOOGLE APPLICATION FORM
  2. Upload the scanned copies of the following documents to the Financial Assistance Form.
    • a. Letter of Request for Financial Assistance addressed to: The OAS Director, Thru: The Associate Dean of the TDSOL
    • b. Copy of applicant’s latest Income Tax Return (ITR) form
      • If married and filing ITR separately, include a photocopy of the spouse’s latest ITR form.
      • If single and unemployed, a copy of the parent’s latest ITR form.
      • If parents are NOT employed, a Certificate of Exemption from filing of Income Tax Return from the BIR or Certificate of Unemployment from the Municipal/Barangay Hall.
    • c. A Certificate of Employment with compensation
    • d. A narrative Letter of Recommendation for financial assistance from the applicant’s present employer or superior
      – If unemployed at the time of application, a Letter of Recommendation from the applicant’s former faculty from his/her last school attended or previous employer or supervisor
    • e. Photocopy of Transcript of Records (for incoming applicants) / Copy of MLS Grades with applicant’s Name, ID number,and Degree (for current students).
    • f. Photos of Family Residence (Colored 4R Size of the following: Façade of the house/front view, Living Room; Kitchen; and Bedroom).
    • g. Vicinity Map (can be taken from screenshot of Google Map)
  3. Wait for the results via email.

NOTES:

  • Submit all scanned copy of application documents via Google form.
  • The Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS) reserves the right to decline applications that have not met the criteria set by the Office.

B. CURRENT SCHOLARS with Request for Upgrade of Current Grants

Current scholars who have at least two (2) completed semesters as scholars are eligible to apply for a Scholarship UPGRADE of their current grant during the application period. The scholar fills out the Financial Assistance Form and uploads the following requirements:

  1. Letter of Request for Financial Assistance addressed to The OAS Director, Thru The Associate Dean of TDSOL
  2. Complete copy of grades from MLS, including student’s name, ID number, and Degree
  3. Certificate of Employment with compensation details (if unemployed, Certificate of Unemployment from the Municipal/Barangay Hall)
  4. Photos of Family Residence- (Colored 4R Size of the following: Façade of the house/front view, Living Room; Kitchen; and Bedroom)
  5. Vicinity Map (can be taken from a screenshot of Google Maps)
