6TH DLSU SHS COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES AY 2022-2023

As we come to the close of this Academic Year and the completion of your child’s Senior High level, it is with joy that we update you on the details of the upcoming 6^th DLSU SHS Commencement Exercises for our Grade 12 completers of AY 2022-2023. For your guidance, please take note of the following relevant information on this event:

1.   REGISTRATION

   All students who may potentially complete their academic strand at the end of Term 3, AY 2022-2023 are required to register at https://forms.gle/Cmn3eJPKMUCKNzKr8 using their DLSU email account.

   To allow OASIS to proceed with other processes related to the Commencement Exercises, the registration form will only be accessible from August 7 to August 31, 2023. Early registration is highly encouraged.

   Please note as well that entry to the PICC Plenary Hall is only allowed to guests with tickets. Allocation for each student is two (2) tickets: for parents OR guardians.

2. ATTIREAll Completers shall be wearing a custom-made DLSU white toga during the ceremony.The recommended attire is semi-formal wear. As the event is a special occasion for all, we request that the choice of clothes be both appropriate for the Completers and to the solemnity of the event.
   
   
3. PHOTO PRINTS PACKAGE
   • 3.1 Photo/Video Package for Commencement Exercises
     The event will be covered by the school’s official photo and video service provider, Floro Foto. Their package includes:
     • Printed Photos
       Receiving of Diploma
       Photo Wall (next to the stage)
       Class Picture

   • 3.2 Graduation PhotoSome of our trusted photo service providers offer Graduation Photo packages. You may find them here. Kindly note that the rates are exclusive and specific to the offer of each provider and are not prescribed by the school. To know more about their packages, you may directly contact them.
