Organizing Committee

The Organizing Committee is the highest governing authority in the program.  Specifically, the Committee oversees the design, revision, and implementation of the over-all program. It delegates, mediates, and officiates in the competitions and other activities.

The Organizing Committee is in charge of the final rulings and granting of points for the competitions. They also preside over matters brought forth to their attention concerning all the Balays.
