De La Salle University, in keeping with its vision-mission of being a leading learner-centered research institution and in support of its core values of faith, service and communion, encourages close collaboration with its stakeholders in all aspects of University life.

To enhance opportunities for these collaborations to take place, the University maintains modest accommodation facilities. Among these facilities are the condominium units owned and maintained by the University at W.H. Taft Residences, EGI Taft Tower and Providence Tower, all within the immediate vicinity of the campus.

Reservation Procedures

  1. Access the SSO Condo and Dorm Accommodation Reservation Form through this link – https://forms.gle/5jwcsi9Rz1czV1y17.  The office making the reservation shall be deemed as the Sponsoring Office (SO). In order to properly serve your accommodation needs, kindly submit the form at least 5 working days in advance. For other inquiries, please send an email to support.services.[email protected]. 
  2.  The booking confirmation shall be emailed to the requestor within 48 hours upon receipt of the SSO Condo and Dorm Accommodation Reservation Form.
  3. In the event that a confirmed reservation will be cancelled, the SO must send an official notice to support.services.[email protected] at least one (1) day prior to the check-in date. A cancellation fee amounting to 60% of the daily rate will be imposed if the SO fails to send the notice within the said cancellation period.

WH Taft Residences
2353 Taft Avenue,

WH Taft Residences is a 31 – storey condominium building strategically located beside DLSU. The University owns twenty (20) units located at the 9th floor. These condominium units are intended for use by official guests of the University covered by formal institutional arrangements, which include, but not limited to, VIP guests of the Office of the President and the Office of the Chancellor, visiting professors, visiting researchers, and exchange students, subject to a hierarchy of priority.

Other individuals may use these condominium units on a personal basis provided that they are connected to any Lasallian institution and that a DLSU employee will endorse the request as a guarantor.

 

Providence Tower
2471 Leon Guinto Street corner Estrada Street,

DLSU owns five (5) units at Providence Tower which are located at the 14/F (1401, 1405, 1406, 1407 and 1412). These units are primarily made available to visiting professors and exchange students. However, other interested parties may use the said units provided that they are affiliated to any Lasallian institution or endorsed by an employee of DLSU.

 

EGI Taft Tower
2339 Taft Avenue,
Malate, Manila

DLSU owns two (2) units at EGI Taft Tower which are located at the 10/F (Unit 1013) and 11/F (Unit 1112). These units may be reserved for the accommodation of visiting professors and other interested parties who are connected to any Lasallian institution or endorsed by an employee of the University.
