Non- Violence Contract Submission Guidelines (GS 123)
The University requires all incoming students to accomplish and submit a Non-Violence Contract (NVC) to ensure a safe learning environment for everyone.
Here are the guidelines and reminders to assist you in accomplishing and submitting the document:

- Read and understand the contents of the document.
- Fill-out ALL the needed information.
- Print all pages of the NVC.
- Have your declaration legally authenticated with a notary public.
- Scan or take a picture of the completed and notarized NVC.
- Submit the scanned copy or picture of your NVC to this google form.
- Submit the hard copy of the completed NVC during your CONFIRMATION DAY.
- The deadline for the online submission will be on May 31, 2024.
