Non-Violence Contract Guidelines
The University requires all incoming students to accomplish and submit a Non-Violence Contract (NVC) to ensure a safe learning environment for everyone.
Here are the guidelines and reminders to assist you in accomplishing and submitting the document:

- Read and understand the contents of the document.
- Fill out ALL the needed information.
- Print all pages of the NVC.
- Have your declaration legally authenticated with a notary public.
- Scan the completed NVC and submit it online to this google form using your DLSU email account.
- Submit the hard copy of the completed NVC in a short brown envelope during your scheduled LPEP Kumustahan at the Henry Sy Grounds (Undergraduate Students) / AFTER ID Picture taking during your scheduled Confirmation Day (Graduate Students).
- Finally, always remember to stay true to your commitment to a violence-free campus.
