Software Installation Requisition Guidelines

  1. Users may request for software installation from the Help Desk.
  2. Upon receiving the request, Help Desk will check the availability of the software (license and installer).
  3. Help Desk will create a Service Maintenance Request (SMR) for the PC Engineer to be assigned to make the installation.
  4. Help Desk will produce a Software Inventory Acknowledgment Receipt (SIAR).
  5. The PC Engineer will install the software.
  6. The PC Engineer will return the accomplished SMR and SIAR to the Help Desk.
  7. Help Desk will duly record the action.
