Software Installation Requisition Guidelines
- Users may request for software installation from the Help Desk.
- Upon receiving the request, Help Desk will check the availability of the software (license and installer).
- Help Desk will create a Service Maintenance Request (SMR) for the PC Engineer to be assigned to make the installation.
- Help Desk will produce a Software Inventory Acknowledgment Receipt (SIAR).
- The PC Engineer will install the software.
- The PC Engineer will return the accomplished SMR and SIAR to the Help Desk.
- Help Desk will duly record the action.
