MLS Account Activation Requisition through CAP Guidelines

  1. Faculty members may have the co-academic personnel (CAP) in their offices activate their MLS account through an authorization letter addressed to the ITC Director.
  2. The CAP shall report to the ITC Help Desk with the duly signed authorization letter.
  3. Help Desk will activate the faculty member’s account upon approval.
  4. Help Desk will record details such as faculty member’s name, ID number, department/office, and the assigned username on the MyLaSalle Activation logbook
  5. The CAP shall sign on the logbook to verify the faculty member’s MLS account activation.
