Intranet File Uploading

  1. Accomplish ITC SRF
    User should fill-up an ITC Service Request Form requesting access to a specific web folder and indicating the submitted files/documents to be uploaded to Intranet web site.
    • Together with the SRF, files/documents to be uploaded should be available upon request. User should specify the particular folder/location where the files should be uploaded.
  2. Format Documents
    Electronic/soft copy of files/documents (such as Minutes of the Meeting) should be in text format. The Documentation Office only accepts files in the following text formats: .doc, .docx & .rtf.
    • Documents may also be uploaded and saved as a web page (HTML) if requested by the user or depending on the appropriateness.
  3. Submit Documents
    Electronic/soft copy of files/documents may be sent via e-mail to the assigned Documentation staff or to [email protected]. Files/documents can also be saved in a device (e.g. flash disk, CD-R) and handed personally to the ITC-Documentation Office.
  4. Uploading and Naming Convention
    Files received by the Documentation Office will be saved in the specified folder with the proper file name convention
  5. Notification
    The Documentation Office shall notify the user through e-mail once the file has been uploaded and is ready to be accessed.
