Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in international relations, business, communication, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in partnership development, program management, or a related role.
- Experience working in an international context is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Project management skills, including budgeting and timeline management.

Job Description/Summary
The Program Manager for Partnerships plays a key role in fostering strategic collaborations and partnerships. It involves planning, implementing, and managing partnership programs that enhance the institution’s external relationships and global reach. The Program Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of partnership programs.
