Job Description/Summary
The Program Coordinator for Formation and Social Enterprise Development main roles include supporting its daily operations, fostering partnerships, and integrating the center within university structures. The role involves supervising interns and volunteers, organizing events, and preparing reports. It also entails implementing and monitoring programs focused on social enterprise, building connections with external organizations, and leading working group meetings. In addition, the LSEED Center formation, capacity building initiatives, such as entrepreneurship training for students and mentorship for trainers, and develops resources and materials to support social enterprise formation and growth.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Cooperative Development.
- A Master’s degree in Cooperative Development, Business Administration, or Management/Marketing is an advantage.
- With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in cooperative formation, social enterprise development, business management, marketing, and program management.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
