Job Description/Summary
The Office Assistant performs general administrative work such as encoding, sorting, and classifying and filling of the department’s correspondence; receives, sorts, and classifies all incoming and outgoing mail, messages, packages, documents, and other similar matters; receives and entertains office visitors, receives incoming and outgoing telephone calls and properly informs appropriate persons concerned; assist in the processing requests and documenting repairs and maintenance works; provides technical assistance during meetings and other office activities
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
- With at least two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess good interpersonal and customer-services skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software generally used in office operations.
- Competency in organizing documents and handling technical/administrative aspects of office activities.
- Able to interpret information to provide appropriate solutions based on standard procedures.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
