Job Description/Summary:
The Office Assistant I performs general secretarial works such as encoding, sorting, classifying, and filing of the department’s correspondence, receives, sorts, and classifies all incoming and outgoing mail, messages, packages, documents and other similar matters, receives and entertains office visitors, receives incoming and outgoing telephone calls and properly informs appropriate persons concerned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven strong secretarial and clerical skills
- Capable of accurately and efficiently taking meeting minutes
- Proficient in a range of computer applications, including MS Office and Canva
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
