Job Description/Summary
Acts as DLSU authorized representative who exclusively assist and/or represent the International Students (IS) in the processing and filing of their Student Visa (9F Conversion, 9F Extension, 9F Downgrading and Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card) applications at the Bureau of Immigration (BI) processing and securing of Clearance/Endorsement at the Commission of Higher Education (CHED) and other appropriate government agencies for student visa-related applications and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, or any related field of study
- Preferably with experience in Student Affairs, particularly in areas involving student suppor
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in an academic or similar organizational setting that involves direct interaction with students
- Possesses above-average oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino, capable of preparing reports, facilitating meetings, and engaging in student dialogue effectively.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to address student concerns professionally, resolve conflicts, and analyze student-related issues for proper resolution and support.
