Job Description/Summary
The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, from university meetings to social gatherings. The Coordinator manages all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site management. They work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure events meet their objectives and are executed smoothly from pre-production, mid-production, and post-production.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Education, Arts Management, Marketing Management, Advertising Management, Theatre Arts, Communication Arts.
- At least 3 years of experience working in an arts-related field doing the aforementioned tasks.
- Capable of organizing events, writing scripts, coordinating with producers and suppliers, and knowledgeable in stage management and event marketing.
- With excellent written and oral communication skills
- Has above-average event management capabilities.
