Job Description/Summary:
- Responsible for the planning, execution, and timely distribution of materials in connection with other events managed by the Office of the University Registrar.
- Assists in the verification of student records in connection with graduation, such as academic awards, loyalty wards and the like.
- Responsible for the observance of and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Office of the University Registrar relating to the area of responsibility.
- Responsible for providing the members of the academic community with complete and accurate information relating to policies and procedures of the office of the University Registrar.
- Assists the Registrar and/or his representative in attending to inquiries and complaints in connection with the assigned areas of responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any related field
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a track record of successful event execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Office and other related computer software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Decisiveness and ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
- Innovative thinking to contribute fresh ideas and concepts to enhance event experiences.
