1st Philippine Biomedical Engineering and Health Technology Conference and Exhibit (IBEHTCE2021)

Overview

We invite the academic, research and industry communities to submit full papers related but not limited to the following: minimally-invasive surgical devices, devices for post-operative and rehabilitative care, devices for health emergency response, distributed healthcare and devices, assistive devices, better primary health care provision, and researches related to COVID-19. Submitted papers will undergo a double-blind review process and once accepted should be presented during the conference. We would appreciate if you can kindly disseminate this CFP and share about this conference to your colleagues.

Submission Guidelines

  • All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
  • All papers should be prepared in English and carefully checked for correct grammar. Figures should be of high quality.
  • Authors should electronically submit their abstract in PDF. Detailed requirements for the format of abstract and full papers can be seen at bit.ly/IBEHTCE2021_template.

Proceedings

  • Each paper submitted shall be reviewed by independent referees and the final acceptance for publication of the submitted article is based on a majority vote of referees.
  • Once the reviewing process is complete, the contact author of each paper will be notified of the result by e-mail.
  • Authors are required to follow the reviews in order to improve their paper before their final submission.
  • All accepted final papers will be published in a proceeding under an ISSN reference and abstracts posted online.

Conference Presentation

  • Instructions for preparation of online presentation will be sent together with acceptance notifications.
  • For each submission, at least one author is expected to attend the conference. Presenting authors must register for the conference and pay the registration fee.
  • Only those submissions for which a presenting author has registered by the registration deadline will be scheduled for presentation and included in the program.
