Dr. Fernando is the current Power and Thermodynamics Laboratory Coordinator in the De La Salle University Department of Mechanical Engineering. He oversees maintaining and improving all the equipment in the laboratory. He also supervises the laboratory technicians work schedule and training needs. Dr. Fernando teaches mechanical engineering laboratory and lecture subjects. His main areas of interest are renewable energy, hydro power turbine, optimization, mechatronics, and testing of mechanical engineering laboratory equipment.
