My career has been within the banking industry. I am currently employed at BPI, with the Business Process Management Group. The main purpose of the team is continuous improvement projects to address operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and compliance. We handle process analysis, process design, development of automation and monitoring. In terms of automation, we develop robotics process automation and using business process modeling language. As a part time lecturer, I have handled subjects relating to production management and accounting.
