I am currently the Division Head of Supply Chain Management at Makati Medical Center. As a professional Industrial Engineer, I bring over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. I joined the Supply Chain team of Makati Medical Center in 2010, initially serving as the Senior Manager, where I focused on drafting a comprehensive Supply Chain Manual that encompasses both Procurement and Inventory Management functions.

Subsequently, I was appointed as the Department Manager of Inventory Management, where I expanded my responsibilities from managing Central Stores to overseeing all satellite storerooms across major units, including the Operating Room, Delivery Room, Emergency Department, Radiology, Renal Care, and the Pharmacy Inventory Management Unit, as well as the inventory of our Outpatient Pharmacy.

Before my tenure at Makati Medical Center, I was part of the Supply Chain team at St. Luke’s Medical Center, where I was involved in setting up a new hospital as part of their expansion project in Bonifacio Global City.
