After passing the Certified Industrial Engineering (CIE) Exam in 2015, he has immersed in Quality Management and Logistics corporate positions in Logistics & Shipping and Information Systems companies. He joined the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Industrial Engineering Department and became the Supervisor in 2019 and Department Head in 2022. His main contributions in UST IE include accreditations to ABET Washington Accord, PTC & PAASCU, Change Management of the 5-Year to 4-Year BSIE Program, and Business Continuity of Learning during the Pandemic He is currently affiliated with an energy organization where he works as the Business Process and Change Management & Administration Departments Head. Part of his core responsibilities is the implementation of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 – Quality Management System, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System) as the Management System Representative. He is a Certified Change Management Practitioner and Certified IMS and BCMS Internal Auditor.
