Dr. Edwin Sybingco is a full professor from De La Salle University. He completed his Ph.D.-ECE, MS ECE, and BS ECE from De La Salle University in 1993, 1990, and 2018 respectively. He was a DLSU scholar during his 4th year in college. He was trained at the University of New South Wales in signal processing during his post-MS sponsored by DOST in 1996. He was an exchange scientist at the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1997 funded by JICA, University of Arizona in 2016 and 2017 sponsored by USAID under the STRIDE CARWIN Grant for the project entitled “Automation of Coco-Sugar Production” and “Smart Farm for All-Seasoned Tomato Production”, respectively. He is an active Senior member of IEEE.
