Dr. Cesar A. Llorente is a registered Electrical Engineer and holds a PHD in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Started as Mechanical Technologist but ended up as an Electronics Technician and worked towards an Electrical Engineering degree. Holds a Master of Engineering with specialization in Computer Engineering. His academic research focuses on Intelligent Buildings, embedded systems, computer vision, and computational intelligence.
