Dr. Ann E. Dulay is an Associate Professor from the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering (DECE) teaching courses that include but not limited to analog and digital electronics, engineering ethics, methods of research, ECE laws,DRR, and engineering ethics. She has also done consultancy work as a Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE). She served as Vice President and  Board of Director and Vice-President of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) in 2018-2019, and sat as committee member in various engagement in IECEP. She has presented and published research papers in international conferences and journals..
