Engr. Lucero started in the academe as a faculty member in 2017. He completed his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with specialization in transportation engineering at De La Salle University (DLSU) – Manila. Under the AUN/SEED-Net Project, he received a scholarship to pursue his graduate studies at Chulalongkorn University – Bangkok, Thailand with a master of engineering degree in civil engineering as well. He is currently a PhD student at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in Daejeon, South Korea. Engr. Lucero’s research interests include sustainable transport, gentrification, transport policy, and transport planning.
