Sister Bich Thuy Pham is a member of the Congregation of the Lovers of the Holy Cross Hue, Vietnam. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Notre Dame, Australia. At de la Salle university of Manila, Sister Pham graduated Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Theology with a specialization in Formative Counseling. She has served in various formation roles within her congregation as a formator, lecturer, psychological counselor, and spiritual director. She also teaches and provides counseling for members of several other religious congregations. Her research interests include: Spirituality, Christian leadership, Religious formation, Youth formation and leadership and Formative counselling.

Research Interest
