MOZOL, ALVENIO G. JR.

 

Al Mozol works as part-time lecturer with the Theology and Religious Education Department of the DLSU. Prior to this, he served as Coordinator of formation for the DLSU Graduate School and the College of Law under the LSPO. He earned his Master of Health Social Science as a Ford Foundation scholar from the DLSU. He finished his 2-year Chaplaincy Fellowship and Clinical Pastoral Education from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. His theology units were earned from the Loyola School of Theology at the ADMU, and his healthcare ethics studies from Saint Louis University in Missouri. Currently, he serves as the Managing Editor (and website creator/developer) of the MST Review, and manages the Wikipedia page of the Anglican Solitary and scholar Maggie Ross. He published his book “Engaging Silence: Climbing Mt. Tabor” in 2015. His interests include contemplative silence and spirituality, liturgy, ethics/bioethics, and continental philosophy. He facilitates online retreats for the DLSU undergraduate students and staff.
