Assistant Professorial Lecturer

MARAVILLA, MYLENE I.

 

Mye Icamina-Maravilla is an Assistant Professorial Lecturer in the Department of Theology and Religious Education at De La Salle University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Certificate in Values ​​Education from the Philippine Normal University and a Masters (cum laude) in Religious Studies from Don Bosco School of Theology. She is a Doctor of Education candidate at De La Salle University with a major in Religious and Values Education.

She has also completed her certificate courses at Fordham University in New York, the University of Roehampton in London, and the Catholic University of Lille, France.

Among the universities and colleges where she taught were the University of Santo Tomas, De La Salle-College of St. Benilde, and St. Scholastica’s College.

She is a member of the Religious Educators Association of the Philippines (REAP). She wrote correspondence for the Oxford University Press.

Aside from teaching, she also facilitates seminars, retreats, and recollections for students, teachers, and staff of various schools and institutions, together with her pastoral work for youth ministries in her community.
